This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased new from HiRelief or from an Authorized Reseller . Products purchased from any other seller, including individual sellers on social media, classified ads or online marketplaces, are not covered.

To make a claim, you will need proof of purchase showing the seller's name and the date of purchase. You can submit your claim through our Warranty Claim form .

This warranty does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
